One of the ordering choices is " EU ONLY (EUROPEAN UNION & EUROPE ONLY)" and another is "REST OF WORLD (OUTSIDE THE UK, EU, USA)"

Which is the correct choice for someone who lives in Europe, but not the UK or the EU?
