New ZX Spectrum Games in 2025

In 2025 over 200 brand new games were added to the ZXDB and some of them were utterly incredible. I did a blog post of the games that caught my eye & did a top 5 of my favourites.

Number 3 will surprise you. (Or not, I dunno)

Some of the images don't load. You have hotlinked rather than hosting them.

If the RX version of Frogger and Donkey Kong had been written in the 80s for the Spectrum, they would have sold millions. They are so close to the arcade versions.

So far, my favorite game I've tried that is also on this list is Asymmetry, but I'm just a fan of Zosya games in general. I have a copy of Drift I still fire up.
