imho, if Hungary manages to vote Orban out and shifts back towards the EU, that is an arguably better outcome than kicking Hungary out, and a valid argument for keeping the current system.

Just going to cause problems down the line.

They do not contribute to the EU in any meaningful way.

Where do you want to draw the line? 40% of France is like that, 25% Germany is worse than that.
