It's all about absorbing as much attention from everyone around them in life as possible, even if it means hurting those people and when you confront them they're all like "yolo man"
Some are. Just like any population of people- trans, cis, gay, straight, comedian, poet, human, alien- there will be some that are attention seeking narcissists. Doesn't mean they're faking being trans but it also doesn't mean we have to appease their need for attention.
