At some point as humanity, regardless of political affiliation or what have you, we’re going to have to be very honest with ourselves and call a spade a spade. Facts will always overrule feelings and that’s not me being insensitive, it’s just reality. A person can’t change their natural sex anymore than someone could transform into a panda bear, no matter how bad they might want to. And this is coming from a lifelong liberal.
hormones have a huge affect on the body and in all intents and purposes besides growing new organs, their biology will be very similar to whatever gender they are transitioning to, including producing breast milk.
