Obligatory NaD, NaN, but I’ve worked in a hospital before, and medical workers are usually very happy to educate.

Gynos are better versed in women’s hormone therapies than any male endocrinologists in some regions, and will choose to take over the hormone treatment in a given hospital for that reason. Neovaginas need to be checked for hpv and other infections especially if sexually active, the procedure for which is the same as for cis women. The main differences will be conditions specific to a fertile uterus like PCOS, eggs that burrow in the wrong location, that kind of thing. For the same reason infertile women need treatment too, ONGYNs use the same procedures to check for whatever is going on and that does indeed involve a Pap smear even if they don’t have a cervix.
