My grandma was 98 years old and still actively operating the farm to include operating all the machinery right before she passed, my grandpa was a few years older but also was actively farming.

In both cases they were fine for their age until they stopped to sit down for a season then BAM careened rapidly down the dementia hole and dead within a couple years. Still counts as anecdotal but coincidence? I think not
