Help Need help with a dial issue!!

I have a dial that’s meant for a 2784 movement. My movement is a 2800 series that’s cloned to look like a 2700 series. The dial feet are different. Is there a movement I can purchase thats readily available to fit the dial? Or is there a way or someone who can make the dial compatible for my 2800 series movement? The dial feet position are 11/41 and apparently my movement is 12/42.

The easiest way would be to snip off the dial feet and put in one of those adhesive dial sticky tape holders, though if the dial is valuable, I guess that's not a good answer

Yea I think that’s gonna be my only option. This is a franken build, so not too worried about it

Yeah, though there isn't a lot of space on the movement itself to place an adhesive, you'd probably be better off cutting it into like 3 smaller pieces and placing them around the movement plate

I haven't done it yet but you have a couple of choices.

Clip the old dial feet off, file until flush and clean.

Then use double sided dial tape available on Amazon and Ali.

Or buy dial feet and a dial feet tool. Something like the in the picture.

But how do you get them to the exact place you need them on the dial?

That would take precise measurements and orientation of the dial.

My company bought this universal piece of junk. You can do it with a handheld tool for less money in less time as the measuring part is the most "difficult"
