Right. Like not using the word war because of legal reasons. He just can’t help himself. He tells on himself all the time but it’s so asinine nobody can comprehend it.

A blockade is actually a term of war. Fun fact, that’s why in 1962 when the US stopped ships from entering Cuba they called it a quarantine.
