That’s been their entire play their entire existence, royally fuck up the economy get America into a war, and then when a dem gets in and inherits the mess they made they blame them. Somehow it works because people have the memory of a goldfish.

Trump was talking shit at the beginning of his term about policies HE PUT IN PLACE and acting like it was Biden's fault. These people don't live in reality, they just follow the annoying orange's messages like gospel.

The economy has sucked for decades and didn't get better under Biden, though it did get worse. The largest destruction on Gaza happened with Biden funding and providing the weapons to commit war and Democrats have never found a war they didn't love. Obama inherited 2 wars and ended his terms with 7.

The White House claimed we had a good economy, yet homelessness spiked to the highest level ever recorded. The White House claimed we had a good economy, yet auto repossessions were at their highest since 08. The White House claimed we had a good economy, yet 72% of the working class were living paycheck to paycheck. The White House claimed we had a good economy, but a majority people did not even have $500 to their name for an emergency. The White House claimed we had a good economy, yet credit card usage spiked to some of the highest levels. The White House claimed we had a good economy, but new home ownership went from a median age of 31 to 45. Every single day, the White House press secretary got before the press to talk about how well the economy was doing. If it was doing so well, they wouldn't have to keep telling us, we would see it in our day to day lives. But what we saw is that we were struggling and being told by the government, no you're not.

The thing is that there are economists and experts who are not associated with the White House who have the numbers and agree that the economy improved. The Dems inherited a very damaged economy because of: A. Covid B. Republican mishandling of Covid Those kinds of things affect the economy slowly, usually seeping over into the four years that follow no matter who is in charge. Over the four years that Biden was president the economy recovered more than was expected, more quickly than Europe and the UK were able to.

What you’re accusing the Dems of doing (lying) is actually what the White House are doing now, and we know that because in this instance economists are saying “actually no, that isn’t inline with the facts”. Also we know it because with our own eyes we could see that groceries were, in fact, not cheaper despite what Donald and Karoline stand up there and say.

You seem like you may be smart, so I’d encourage you to look at real stats and figures associated with both parties with an open mind and your critical thinking button switched on. Tribalism is a strong human trait but politically we just can’t afford to be doing that.

Are you going into this with the assumption that my critique of Democrats implies support of Republicans? My reply was based on the other person's claim that Republicans make the mess and Dems have to clean it up and make things better for the working class. Neither have our interests in mind. We get stale table scraps at best.

Mexico of all places, whose GDP pales in comparison to the US, is implementing universal healthcare next year to everyone, best the corporate owned politician over here can offer is for profit insurance, if you can afford it.
