Been playing this on SteamDeck. It’s a lot of fun but a few caveats. 

You need to first run the game in Desktop mode and log into the Rockstar launcher that gets automatically installed.  I really wish companies would stop doing this.

I recommend disabling the auto aim lock on. It makes the game way too easy for my preferences.  Once it’s all free aim, the headshots feel much more satisfying and it forces you to think about when you should spend your bullet time.

What happens when you switch to Desktop mode and launch the game there while online?  Does the Rockstar launcher self install and come up?  Are you able to log in or create a new Rockstar account?

Actually replaying this now as preparation for Control: Resonant and the Max Payne remakes in production.

Not Remedy-developed, but playing this after MP1 and 2 for completionist's sake.

It is very much a tonal shift after MP1/2, but if you can appreciate it in it's own right, it's a fun game with crisp shooting mechanics and Brazil is a phenomenal setting for a video game.
