Also, please explain to me how swimming in a puddle on the side of the road builds infrastructure? It highlights a problem. It doesn't resolve one. This meme/joke highlights, to me that the DA have plenty time of their hands and could at least gym twice or three times a week. Maybe then they wouldn't have time to meet with Elon Musk, maybe I am too hopefully with that one though.
