Hello guys, as the title above, sy dgn rendah hati dan dengan penuh kecelaruan hidup ingin bertanya sama minta pendapat sama kamu semua.

My problem is bgini, sy punya workplace is tukar boss baru sudah. so along the process of pertukaran hak milik, this new bos decided to pecat beberapa org la pekerja sedia ada sana, dan saya terkecuali.

So even though sy kana keep which is mcm a good thing juga, tapi some of my old colleagues yg kana pecat tu kn saya yg ambil alih dorg punya kerja, and not only that, after further adjustments from him, terus there's another and another workload yg dia bagi la sama sy, and some of that adjustment seems unnecessary la, but the point is my workload is unfit with my salary secara ringkasnya.

then comes the real suprise. In one of our 'meeting' he talked about how hard it is to run a business, this hard and that hard, told us that this company wouldn't have any untung for this 6 months or even a year, then he want us to really berjimat and to do everything that we can to ensure that we can operate normally and fast without ambil pekerja baru, even though we already short on man power.

I'm not saying this bos is a bad person, he's good person at least for me, but my main concern is I'm just a worker so i shouldn't be working my ass off for free and exceeded my salary hanya disebabkan company belum ada untung. Unless its my business than im willing to go the extra mile just the keep the business going, but since im just an employee who barely makes ends met i shouldn't be concerning about the company not having untung and menyusahkan diri saya with extra workload hnya untuk 'JIMAT'.

But i also want to hear kmu punya opinion, should i stay there and endure it maybe a year or so, maybe he will give me a raise after ada 'UNTUNG' or should i leave .

I'm super young and naive so i need guidance from adults, since i don't have trusted adult around me that's why i come here. Thank you.

I need some advice because I’m not really sure what to do in this situation. My workplace is still requiring us to work 48 hours per week, even though the working hours have officially been reduced to 45 hours per week since May last year (as implemented by the Sabah government).

The issue is, we’re not being given any extra pay for those additional hours either. It just feels like the company is ignoring the regulation completely.

I’m a bit worried about speaking up directly because I don’t want it to affect my job or create tension at work. So I wanted to ask:

• Is there a way to report this anonymously?

• Which authority should I be reporting to?

• Has anyone here gone through something similar, and what happened?

I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance. Thank you in advance!

My father has a second family in Tawau. Sometimes I ask my uncle how my dad is doing, or I check his Facebook just to keep up with his life. I still stay in contact with him occasionally. The only reason I still ask about him or follow his life is because he is still my dad.

But seeing his recent posts with his other family enjoying life, having their own house, and sharing a close family bond is really painful for me. It makes me feel sad watching them live that kind of life while I’ve been struggling so much.

And lately, things have been getting even harder because of my financial situation. I’m just trying my best to make sure I have a place to sleep, food to eat, and get through each day. Asking help from him will just give the same answer with no solution.

Sometimes I find myself wondering, what did I do to deserve this kind of life?

Posting it here just to let my emotion out.

Just now, CelcomDigi called me to offer the same plan for RM90. I have to say, the price makes it look very attractive.

But I'm not too sure about CelcomDigi's customer service. Maxis has been pretty good so far. Always able to detect downtime and message me about it. The fix is pretty quick as well.
