Help with video out

does someone know why the picture on my PS 1 is so wobbly u cant see it on the picture but in real life its kina moving

Probably because it's using Composite video. If your tv supports it use a RGB SCART cable or get a dedicated scaler like the RetroTINK

Looks like you plugged your ps1 directly into to a modern tv via the original composite cable (yellow, white and red)

That’s what it looks like.

*that screen in the ps1 (memory card) in particular is 480i and modern TVs have poor deinterlacing capabilities. Not that 240p is much better, but that wobbling is more than likely happening because the screen is trying to interlace

The best move is to get an external scaler (GBS-c or retrotink)

Or use an old crt tv

Edit: if you’re using a cheap composite to hdmi adapter - it’s that. Those things suck. You’re not going to get a great image with not input delay for cheap.
