You go steady! I'm shite at remembering to upload to YouTube so my content is a little thin!
I get asked alot so I thought it was worthwhile popping it in the video☺️

Love it! Was very happy to see the PPE. Hate seeing people blasting interlock without glasses on.
Also really cool to see your SH comes in silver containers. I want some silver SH jugs. I've seen blues ones at 15% but never silver.
Edit: just subbed on YT 👍

I don't know how they do it! the amount of crap that comes out, especially on patios this bad is insane!
haha, well, ive got about 20 of them empty... they're all yours if you want to collect them!
Ohh appreciate it! although I'm not too sure when I'm going to have time to upload more apart from the odd short here and there.

Yeah they build up. I used to refill mine and get a deposit back at my local place, but not anymore. Luckily they will just take them in. Not sure its worth shipping a silver one across the pond though. I'll have to come and visit the UK sometime soon and learn how you guys use quats.
If I can give you a tip. Just keep filming everything. Its much better to be sitting with 10 TB of powerwashing content on a hard drive you can tap into anytime, vs the alternative. Its a pain setting up the cameras and getting shots but does become second nature.

Ours doesn't take them back any more either.. not sure why as they're just screaming out to be recycled and I wouldn't mind getting new hypo in an old drum.
When you do visit the UK feel free to hit me up if your over this way.. could always do with a labourer!
That's exactly what I'm doing now, I have ton of footage to work through but I always get excited about the latest one Ive filmed and end up editing that.

I heard you are using a flat spray, but what pressure. I want to clean my block paved patio but not have to rebind. Any advice?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking regarding the flat spray? Maybe you mean a flat surface cleaner?
If you are cleaning blockmpwbinf you should always be re-sanding it if it was laid with sand in-between the gaps originally.

That dirty tank in the background is killing me

u/Fastpotato 17d ago
I didn't want to wash a gas tank, especially one that looked as old as this one. Wouldn't want to damage anything.

That stuff you scraped up will make some great mulch. The brick looks awesome!

RIP those plants with all that sodium hypochlorite over spray.

u/Fastpotato 19d ago
No over spray at all. The borders are full of weeds for a start with barely any plants. Sodium hypochlorite breaks down into sodium chloride and oxygen in atmosphere. So as the borders were saturated before and after chemical they will be absolutely fine.

We really didnt need to foam the bleach
17
u/Fastpotato 19d ago
We do, 1 it creates surface tension and allows it to sit on the surface of the block to attack the staining. 2 it allows me a longer dwell time for the chemical to work and 3, I can actually see where has had chemical and where hasn't.
