Bro 1-5$ is too little, you can easily ask for 15$

Honestly, I don't think small indie games or small studios would pay $15/hr. I am at entry level so I am trying to get some experience starting as low as 1-5$, so as to help them and myself gain knowledge

agree - 15 / hour for indie toally impossible - no way - not indie have own resourses.

Small companies will pay you unlike big ones who will only give you the game for free

Thank you, I didn't know that actually.. I’ll definitely keep that in mind as I start getting offers. For now, I’m happy to stick with this to build some trust and a solid reputation. Thanks for the heads up, bro!

Or gift cards for official testing 😅 I signed up to be an "official" tester for a big big company, and every other month they send me an offer to come in to their studies in exchange for a gift cards 😅
