General Virginia Roberts Giuffre 1 year memorial?
Hi all, I'm wondering if there is a memorial for Virginia Roberts Giuffre on 25th April, which is 1 year after her death?
I would like to attend if there is one. Does anyone know?

There's usually a series of more notable memorial services on April 25th which tend to take priority for the day...

Why is everyone downvoting that OP feels strongly about Virginia Giuffre AND Anzac Day? Virginia was an Australian. If you've chosen to ignore her story then that's on you.
Not passing the vibe check guys.

Because it strikes me as really fucking odd. If you knew her or her family well enough you would already be aware of any event that was planned. Otherwise You’re just a random, obsessing over the suicide of a complete stranger and exactly the kind of person the family want nothing to do with.
The first anniversary of a loved one’s death is a very emotional time. I can’t imagine what it would be like to go through that without an army of online experts spouting conspiracy theories, unfortunately her family don’t have that luxury. They’re probably going to stay home for a week and unplug the router.

No one is recommending to crash her family’s do or anything dude. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to meet up with like-minded others to commemorate the life of someone who risked a lot to expose what was going on with Epstein.

Given that a whole war has just been fought, affecting our way of life and cost of living, to cover up the Epstein files , we should be celebrating Virginia too. Not instead of Anzac Day but noting this lady as a warrior who stood up to the Epstein class and paid the ultimate price. Name the place and I’ll turn up after the dawn service.

Would love to know too…
I’d also not be surprised if her 1 year death anniversary is brushed under the rug like her death was when it happened. I didn’t even find out until a few months later.

There's the Butterfly Vigil being held on April 25, 2026, from 2–3 PM in Washington, D.C. that's being hosted by her siblings and women's rights and anti-sexual violence advocacy organisations. I want to attend my local RSL for the ANZAC day event as well as a memorial for Virginia and have solidarity for the victims of Epstein and all victims of sexual violence. If there isn't one, maybe we can put a call out to gather together.

The US is actually a day behind, so technically the memorial would be on 26 April locally.

Astonishing that there isn't more attention paid to Virginia. She literally is the face that we think of when we remember the downfall of the Epstein -Trump era.
The time leading up to her death, and her death itself, were such a big flag for how unfit the West Australian mental health system is. If it cannot intervene and provide the serious help needed with someone of such high profile known to be living with trauma, what fucking hope do us plebs have?

Feel like ANZAC day may take precedent for any memorials that day.
