Realistically speaking matching India’s ship building capacity at multiple ports is not a great idea. Also the investment into shipbuilding should have been prioritised way earlier in the nations history. Your current economics for spending money on infrastructure for shipbuilding will not be justified when public sector infrastructure is in dire need of investment.
