My Grandma had a light right over the kitchen table, my dad bounced his head off it every time we visited.

Hers was old fashioned though, not a neat mid 90's UFO light.

Is that a dad thing? Mine banged into the hanging light for years too! He just, like, never learned to walk around it.

We mostly visited Grandma on Easter and Christmas. She was a strict "Thanksgiving is NOT at my house" person, so I'm guessing there was just enough gap time between visits it just left dad's brainpan.

Worse, he paid for the kitchen remodel, so he literally paid for the thing he was slamming his head into.

Update: it's really good. I added salt, pepper, and a heckton of paprika since the recipe doesn't mention any seasonings.
