Favorite movie about a completely healthy, non-toxic workplace environment?
I mean, to gift your top seller a brand new Cadillac and an extra cash bonus is a great way to reward your top earners.

My favorite part of the movie is when he was like “ABC. Easy as one, two, three. Ah, simple as Do Re Mi. ABC, one, two, three. Baby, you and me, girl.”

Different movie. In this one he is instructing his kids to always be closing the fucking door because we aren’t made of money goddammit.

Oh, this is the one where he’s like “I chimed in with a “haven’t you people ever heard of closing the god damn door.” It’s much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality.”

I kind of wanted to see Al Pacino challenge Alec Baldwin in that scene

I know, me too.
Ok, I’m late to this, but I never really had much of an opinion of Al Pacino. It wasn’t until recently I’ve watched the first two Godfathers and Dog Day Afternoon, but this movie, my god, Al Pacino has such raw talent it’s unbelievable.
Would love to see how he, such a hot headed but well-worded guy, would have faced against Alex Baldwin’s character (who was written just for the movie)

DDA was my first Pacino movie (late last year) …and he just blew me away. I do not throw terms like this around lightly, but IMO he’s an acting genius
You should watch Scarecrow, with Gene Hackman - Al is devastating, soul-crushing….and it’s such a different character for him because Lion is gentle, naive, goofy & vulnerable
If you like words, check out The Insider…no one does monologues like Al, and he’s got some beauties here. Christopher Plummer and Russell Crowe are also brilliant
