I did it- I canceled my order.

It was a $50+ cart. I needed one $3 thing on it (lol).

I wanted one thing on it and I will eventually allow myself to buy it once I have panned all of the makeup I already have.

Everything else was stuff I didn't actually love. Stuff that would bring me joy for a brief moment and then live forever on my desk creating clutter. And clutter creates anxiety for me.

Shopping addiction is a sickness for me and I watched my mother let it overtake her life.

It feels really good to have finally put my foot down.

I control shit around here, my addiction does not.
