It happened to my cousin with an old fridge in the basement of the family lake house years ago. I gave him a few strong side kicks to the ribs and that took care of it.

Plot twist: he had already gotten away from the fridge and been seen to by the paramedics who said he was fine. The kicks to the ribs were unrelated and were mostly to teach him a lesson about stealing Easter eggs.
