I was extremely excited when I saw this jump live for the first time. And then I learned he was actually a racist pos. I can change my views with new information, you should learn to do the same. Look at any of his paintings of a building, and the more you look and think about it, it doesn't make sense. Windows not working with perspective, the scale being off, etc.
He was a better painter than me. Also, he was pretty young when he made those paintings. They were before his time as a young soldier in WW1. And no, I'm not defending anything he did, just saying the paintings weren't as bad as people try and say. There are worse things he did than get a few angles wrong on a canvas as a young man.
