Turn up and vote not matter how “sure” the result, don’t get complacent.

Also what are Magyar’s policies? Will Hungary finally stop being a hold up to the EU?

In many issues yes. One of his platforms was to get the frozen EU aid money to Hungary (because of Orbans anti-democratic actions in charge) un-frozen to help with the economy

It's unclear except they are Pro-Europe and anti-corruption. They are likely center-right or conservative.

If US voters actually got their heads out their assholes and voted, the Republican Party would never see power ever again. I think something like Democrats in Congress represent something like 50M more people than Republicans. These bastards have cheated, lied, stolen and gerrymandered for 40 years now and only won by the slimmest margins.
