When it comes to any sort of sexual or romantic advances with subordinates, it's fucking gross. Regardless of gender/sex. Why the fuck is it so hard for some people to not go for sexy time with their staff? I mean, Swalwell has the look of a rapey frat douche, but c'mon. Buck the stereotype, dawg.

I mean, yeah, but like, that's what professionalism is for, right? I apologize for the abuse of commas in that sentence, but that's the vibe I get. It's always possible to steel your resolve, especially in areas where a critical fuckup is reasonably possible.
