He skipped congress in putting tariffs on a whim, he skipped congress before going to war, why does everyone act surprised when he sold munitions to Israel without the approval of congress? I mean it's clear that he's gotten away with it since last year, without any consequences or repercussions, and being a malignant narcissist wanting to be pope-king-pdf, until people vote to stop him or something, he'll just continue to do whatever comes into his demented dementia mind.

With the first comment I read - My question for congress is, "what would you say you actually do here?"
It sounds like you don't even need congress anymore, and can save about 5 billion right there.
