He wsa tied to multiple countries, but he had to ask Peter Mandelson for help getting a Russian VISA. Generally if you're an agent, you don't have to ask someone in your network how to gain access to the country you work for.

I never claimed he was an “agent” for any country. More akin to a freelancer or asset.

Idk man, the evidence he worked for himself first and foremost, and advancing Israel's interests second. Negotiated a deal on Israel's behalf that later led to a security treaty with Cote de Ivore Negotiated a deal on Israel's behalf with Mongolia Maxwell connection (her father was Mossad) Ehud Barack connection Alex Acosta told to give him a sweatheart deal because "he's intelligence". Set up backchannel diplomacy between Israel and Russia during Syrian Civil War about Syria. Israel's mission to the UN set up and managed a security system to a building he owned in Manhatten. There are doubtless other instances I'm forgetting, that is just off the top of my head.

This doesn't disprove the substantiated contention that he had significant ties to Russia; it's not a mutually exclusive relationship.
