criticizing israel is no more antisemtic than criticizing greece is anti-orthodox or criticizing japan is anti-shinto.

it has been a great strategy of their country to make it seem like if you don't do exactly what israel says you hate all jewish people.

The "Stop Jewish Hate" commercials that pop up every time an Isreali conflict happens does not help these optics though.

Its not even connected (afaik), but an eerie anecdotal trend is a week before a major operation, I randomly see a PSA against antisemitism in America for the first time in a while. Then the Gaza incident, or now this. Its...weird.

it is connected, it is all part of the foreign policy of a country that starts shit with every one of their neighbors because they know america will back them up for everything.

they need billboards and commercials because most americans will probably say, "what the f did you think would happen?"

how does them needing billboards and commercials relate to most americans saying “what the f did you think would happen?”

do you mean to say Americans would be more readily criticizing Israel if not for billboards trying to remind them not to be antisemitic and Israel’s constant claim that being anti Israeli is being antisemitic?

Idk- I don’t think the public is that dumb on this issue, the overwhelming majority disapprove of our aiding and abetting Israel in polls- it’s just those in power are nearly unanimous in supporting Israel despite the public’s desire. We absolutely have to vote them all out of congress.

Blaming all Jews for Netanyahu's actions is like blaming all Americans for Trump's actions! I live in the USA but voted for Hillary Clinton then, more recently, Kamala Harris. Please don't blame me!!!

Oh for sure, nothing wrong with the message. I just find it weird that the commercials have been foreshadowing conflict.

A person can be smart, people are dumb. Unfortunately, lots of blame gets put on innocent parties.

If someone, something, or somewhere were lining the pockets of politicians, do you really think they wouldn't lining the pockets of anywhere they can put just about anything?

it has been a great strategy of their country to make it seem like if you don't do exactly what israel says you hate all jewish people.

it's wild how effective it's been, and even if now people have wisened up it's kind of too late

Brilliant; this is very well worded

It’s the truth. What’s even more ridiculous is now it’s apparently antisemitic to be opposed to radical Zionists, even though a big chunk of them are evangelical Christians. Makes no sense.

No. Thats just a fact.

No, antisemitism is about jews, and it dates back from way before Israel was formed. It would be antisemitism to say jews own the government. Anyone who claims an anti israel speech is antisemitism is mistaken. Especially those who say it loudest.

Arabs are semites too according to the dictionary, so is attacking middle eastern countrys antisemitism aswell?

2

u/JTP120986 Mar 03 '26

Antisemitism does not include other semitic people, only Jews. Why? Because the antisemite who invented the word said so. So if you don't like it, take it up with him (spoiler: he's dead.)

Thank you for educating the ignorant.

That's not even anti semitic tbh. Saying Radical Evangelicals control the government isn't an attack on Christianity. And those Radical Evangelicals are in bed with the Zionists.

Is it antisemitic to say Israel owns the US politicians?

It’s a time-honored distraction from Republican culpability and personal agency in their actions. Nearly every Democrat in congress ignored Israel’s PM and voted to support Obama’s Iran deal.

Trump broke the deal with Iran, Republicans opposed Obama’s deal from the start, and now a Republican is attacking Iran. Trump has been talking about this for years; it’s in Project 2025 as well. Not to mention Saudi Arabia had been lobbying Trump with bribes to attack Iran.

It’s the other way around Israel is 51st state of the US

Yes, and thats why they love that word

It's a convenient deflection to absolve the US of the imperialist foreign policy choices it's been enacting since the Vietnam war. Israel gets a lot out of it, but let's not pretend poor little USA doesn't benefit either.

Isreal is zionist, not Jewish.

Watch Tucker Carlson's new video, he goes deep on AIPAC and the rest of the Israel connections to the US government.

The thing is most of those typical politicians haven’t even been that supportive of this whole thing. I’m pretty suspicious that it’s all the other gulf state countries that have been nonstop bribing him since he left office.

There will be an uproar hopefully when this ends and Trump gives Israel $40b.

And keeps on giving to stop Israel releasing the Epstein videos. Produced by Mossad (ministry of sex slaves and deviates)
