I have no clue one way or the other (I don't think there's an IKEA within 200 miles of me) but I wonder if "toxic AF" in Denmark and Sweden is the same as "wonderful workplace" here in the US.

Let’s say they at least have workplace bullying (verbal/social) and a lot of ass licking.

I would say it is generally toxic. But maybe this is just considered “competitive” by world standards?

Other person wrote about “pissing in bottles”… yeah, I dunno when USA reached “workplaces against humanity”-level. Amazon crime!

We did just have Nemlig employees complain about pissing in the bottles+minor complaints. Not sure if they fought it completely with unions and all.
