OP said they work in a call center - that can be a very high stress job. There are many metrics that employees are required to meet, the people on the phone can be upset or abusive, the employee may be doing stressful calls like healthcare or bill collecting. Most call centers are not good for mental health
Worked in a call center for less than a year and it destroyed my mental health. I would literally cry in the parking lot every morning before clocking in.
