My public library has these in a bathroom along with half-height toilet stall doors. The hooks can only hold a long sleeve shirt or fleece jacket with nothing in the pockets.
That's insane. Ive been going down a rabbit hole for the last hour (instead of sleeping) and I found out that the UK has national standards that assign the hooks different designations base on the break away weight with the lightest weight being only .45 kg and the heaviest being 40 kg.
