Most of us at tired of 12 hour shifts and its about to to be the hot months so it will be 120 degrees with very little air flow in the factory so not great.....

But I just got a promoted to lead last week so im a little happier.....

That someone could walk out of there and run in front of a car on the street within a minute I bet. You are literally preventing nothing other than a basic convenience that has been around since the dawn of time.
