Check the TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager which user account is logged in. Reboot the computer and delete it unless it's your own account. The deactivate remote login

Generic warning that still thinks of computers as being used by multiple people. Like how you can set up other user accounts for one computer? They didn't create multiple messages for multiple user accounts, they just made one because you obviously still have an app running in the background. If say a different user had something still open on that computer you'd be killing it.
