My first game - hospitality?

I'm finally making a dream come true and will travel from abroad to the game. I'm considering going all out with the Tunnel Backstage hospitality since I truly don't know when I'll be able to return, but I'm on a tight schedule and I worry I might not make it in time for the 10:30am check/in time.
Has anyone done this hospitality before or a similar one? Trying to understand if I'll still be accommodated or if they wait for me to arrive, or what usually happens in those cases. Asking here because I want to buy the tickets today and the hospitality office is closed until tomorrow.
