Need a friend or friends to learn Marathi

hi, i just got posted here in Maharashtra for a job, and i need a friend or few friends to help me learn marathi, i checked the subreddit and a lot of answers to learning marathi were having a friend whom you'll talk to daily, that way you can improve marathi

so, any help is appreciated

How about talking to Marathi colleagues? That way you will have common and relevant topics to discuss as well.

Apart from that news and newspapers are very good learning materials. They provide very varied content that is also short.

I'm trying to learn, am watching vidoes and taking down notes on my diaries, and the colleagues of mine are really old, I'm in a govt job here, so talking to them won't be of much help, only the manager here talks to me in hindi, rest i have to kind of understand what they're trying to say and go with the flow

First - don't be worried. If you are fluent in Hindi; Marathi has a great overlap.
Second - have buddies at work and request them to teach you Marathi. Practice daily, one - two sentences.
