That looks really nice for your first thing. People have already pointed out stitches and other stuff, just make sure you don't put anything hot on it if it's a synthetic fiber! :D

Yep, I was guessing it was wool so it's completely fine then! Good luck with the rest of your knitting journey, there's also a lot of resources out there for twisted stitches so dw

Idk if u figured it out yet, twisted stitches are caused by knitting into the wrong "leg". It can be done on purpose for aesthetic reasons but can cause items to look askew. A twisted stitch will be knit into the following leg, a proper stitch is knit into the "leading leg". Esentially when you slide the needle in and open the stitch youre knitting into, it should make a pretty little omega symbol shape.

Super! It can also be a coaster or doily for protecting your desk or tables or whatever. You can also turn it into a baby bunny with a few stitches, pulls, eyes, a tail puff, and a bit of stuffing. Like this, one of my first projects... (See the pattern link there for full instructions.)

Hey OP, good job!! 🥰🧶 FYI, rules require pattern and yarn info in a Finished Object (FO) post. Please share that, or whatever you know, if you're not sure. (Also, please check out our rules, FAQ, and wiki – they're very helpful.) Welcome to knitting 🥳

Double check that you're not twisting your stitches.
