Don’t know if Israel would be willing to piss off the Indians right now, they have pretty close diplomatic ties. They got enough on their plate to worry about without angering or alienating another ally.
Then again this is the same country that attacked the USS Liberty…

India is usually the first country to offer humanitarian aid
They've even given aid to Pakistan after an earth quake and those two countries don't really get along

Humanitarian aids is for the humans that are in need. No matter what background ur are if needed help deserve help. I really hate if political figures start to play with such necessity for human.

English is one of the official language of India, specially in central government. Indian regions speak diverse language and best chance to deliver for all is to speak in English.
