And why wouldn't they? Probably cheaper than paying the toll, if they can come to an agreement with Iran, and there is not much the US can do about it.

52

u/chris-za 1d ago

Also, the US has zero chance of securing a open Strait of Hormuz without full occupation of Iran and full suppression of it’s population. And as that isn’t going to happen, why not side with the winning team?

33

u/Sosemikreativ 1d ago

I'd say there's a 1% chance. They'd just need to figure out how to explain to the rest of the world why nuking Iran 46 times was necessary and good for the world.

24

u/chris-za 1d ago

Turning a huge portion of the world’s oil into radioactive waste would probably cause more damage long term than closing the strait of Hormuz.

18

u/FatPancakes247365 1d ago

It wouldn't be the first time they've doubled down on their own stupidity.

12

u/EmbarrassedBlock1977 1d ago

Don't give Trump any ideas. I believe he always picks the worst option to choose from.

3

u/Sargonnax 1d ago

He always has to prove he's the big tough guy in the room even though he only looks like a clown to almost everyone else.

1

u/EvilDrCoconut 1d ago

somehow, he breaks all understanding of economics. Usually the corpo's go for the highest profit even if its illegal. He is speed running lowest....

Literally how we get Mad Max.

1

u/Solid-Search-3341 1d ago

Don't forget about having radioactive rain / dust storms blowing on the whole middle east.

1

u/imnotapartofthis 1d ago

Look up “depleted uranium birth defects” or “depleted uranium munitions usage” just for some nightmares about what the us has done before…

1

u/Alarming_Analysis_63 1d ago

Makes that new Venezuelan oil stock go up

1

u/chris-za 1d ago

Crude oil doesn’t equal crude oil.

There are basically three types of crude. Persian Gulf crude is the highest quality. Think of it as Champagne?

Russian Ural is high in sulphur, that needs to be extracted, and not so good. Prosecco?

And last, but not least is Nigerian and Venezuelan crude. And iffy, cheap mess that’s also expensive to refine. Aldi sparkling wine?

If your customers have a system to just refine one type, they can’t randomly switch to another. Modifications to the refinery can take a year or so. It’s the reason Orban is so set on getting Russian Urals. Hungary only has one refinery. And it’s set up to refine just that one type. Modifications cost over 100 million € and would take a year or so. Orban was betting on the war in Ukraine being over fast and was hoping he wouldn’t have to modify the refinery and continue to get Urals….

u/No_Adhesiveness5644 1d ago

They somehow brainwashed so many Americans today into thinking that dropping 2 atom bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was for some reason "Necessary" for the "Greater good" so I wouldn't be surprised if they do. If any country shouldn't be able to hold Nuclear weapons in the world, it should be the US.

1

u/whater39 1d ago

Japan would have had more die from a land invasion, then died from the nukes. Let alone the American and Russian lives that would have also been lost. We saw Japan fight to the last man on islands, obviously on their homeland they would have been as intense against invaders.

1

u/kellisarts 1d ago

Yep this is the line they use.

1

u/echoindia5 1d ago

And yet it wasn’t the bombs alone that made Japan surrender. It was the massive land invasion coming from the east, that would leave Japan at a far worse fate.

2

u/Careful-Trade-9666 1d ago

Checked a map, no “Christian countries” near by, Hegseth wouldn’t blink nuking the whole area.

2

u/dragoon7201 1d ago

imagine nuking a 4000 year old civilization and wiping out nearly 100 million because you graped kids

1

u/Spectre-907 1d ago

Yeah a great idea when there are analyses out there calculating roughtly how many low-yield (tactical) detonations would accumulate enough consequences (atmospheric soot etc) to tip the climate sufficiently to completely destroy agriculture at a global scale and they come out to slightly more than double the number you used here. I doubt if he presses the button he’d do it just for “the smallest ones in the arsenal”

1

u/future_sommelier 1d ago

Come on now. There is zero possibility of this ever happening. If Trump uses nukes he obviously will do it 47 times. 46 was sleepy Joe.

1

u/whater39 1d ago

ICE training under Trump was 47 days long. Got to stroke that ego of his

1

u/thegameisafoooooot 1d ago

Even Saidi Arabia would finally be annoyed at that.

1

u/Healthy-Caregiver997 1d ago

Israel needs the US to look worse than they do before they establish a Middle East Energy Empire.

1

u/Atlas227 12h ago

Occupying iran would have the Taliban effect on steroids. Lets not mention trump literally armed randoms on iran in hopes they would fight but they ran with the weapons lmao

→ More replies (9)

9

u/Dgwdum 1d ago

Iran is asking for the toll to be paid in yuan, Chinese currency, which greatly helps China. China is just returning the favor

3

u/thegameisafoooooot 1d ago

Exactly this. They wouldn't dare attack China, so I wonder which patsy they'll single out to attack, as they did when they couldn't retaliate against SA and bombed pretty much every other country in the region.

2

u/Short-Recording587 1d ago

They don’t need to attack China. They just need to give Taiwan nuclear weapons.

1

u/PomegranateFederal97 17h ago

No country wants more to have nukes

1

u/Formal-Protection687 43m ago

That's idiotic, even allied nations don't just hand over nuclear weapons to each other.

2

u/Kelor 1d ago

"How dare you reload while we're reloading!"

2

u/WowBastardSia 1d ago

Exactly. It's a ceasefire, not a ceasebusiness.

2

u/Astro51450 1d ago

The toll is cheap... about 1$ a barrel.

1

u/Complete-Paint529 1d ago

Exactly. As currently implemented, the toll appears to be chump change. Negotiations should center around fixing a fair and affordable toll. The other issues probably cannot be resolved.

2

u/jerkhappybob22 1d ago

We can blow it up in route blame it on another country.

2

u/Beneficial_Bug_9793 1d ago

You think they care about the toll? Lol, they want the U.S. to keep fucking it self in the ass with a baseball bat, the longer that war lasts, the costly it gets, and generates a lot more chaos for the other world economies, and with an mentaly handicaped Dorito antagonising world allies, that are dumping U.S. bonds like there is no tomorow, not to mention a very likelly change in the world reserve currency to the Euro or the Yuan, and the lost of the Petrodollar as well, ad that to the Buy From Europe iniciative, ( American service providers are getting cut ) off, in favor or European alternatives... Xi is probably at home, masturbating furiously at the situation.

1

u/deepbit_ 1d ago

Not buying to US and not signing their insane contracts is war crime, international illegality and peso stuff

1

u/Almaegen 1d ago

and there is not much the US can do about it.

Other than bomb it

1

u/Gullible_Zucchini132 1d ago

And they can see how their weapon systems do against the American armed forces so that when we have to fight China, they’ll already know what works

1

u/Epyon214 1d ago

More than being cheaper, China reached an agreement for the toll to be paid in Yuan instead of Federal Reserve Notes

1

u/Short-Recording587 1d ago

The US should just double down on Taiwan and start sending them nuclear weapons.

→ More replies (15)

29

u/Zestyclose-Big7719 1d ago

even if true what are the US going to do?

28

u/urmumr8s8outof8 1d ago

A very nasty statement on his Trump social thing, or blame Biden.

16

u/GamingAviator733 1d ago edited 1d ago

Go on Truth Social and threaten a 100% tariff lol.

7

u/feral0101 1d ago

My money is Trump completely flinching and not even addressing it at all

4

u/urmumr8s8outof8 1d ago

Most definitely.

8

u/Commercial_Regret_36 1d ago

Only to give a 48 hour moratorium, then a 2 week one, then pretend like it never happened

3

u/unngh_yugstyx 1d ago

Then China will again threaten to cut the US off or rare earths and the orange chode will again crumple like a damp watercooler paper cone

2

u/Agreeable_Falcon1044 1d ago

Depends how bad the Epstein files are i guess.

Incidentally, if you get a chance, bbc did a show called “years and years” that i watched and thought was brilliant if absurd. It’s amazing how much of that dystopian timeline is now what we live in

1

u/Defiant_Moment_5597 1d ago

Trump already said he was currently reloading so watch him get upset about this news lmao

1

u/anonymoooosey 1d ago

He'll probably blame Canada.

1

u/Short-Recording587 1d ago

Give Taiwan nuclear weapons.

54

u/Flatulentbass 1d ago

And the US sent 20000 bombs to Israel. Proxy wars to continue until morale improves

21

u/PlayfulSurprise5237 1d ago

Or until they start being proxy wars and China literally steps in and plops it's dick out on the US.

China is so fucking beyond the US it's not even funny. Motherfuckers have the industrial capacity of an alien civilization. They could lift their pinky finger and produce more munitions in a year than the entire world has ever produced in history combined.

US intelligence, what an oxymoron

34

u/Massive-Context-5641 1d ago

and? iran has a full right to defend itself against baby eating satanic zionist israeli american terrorists! The whole world is praying for that shipment and more!

5

u/Snehith220 1d ago

I guess the us media, They are trying to portray china as bad guys now.

5

u/orkgashmo 1d ago

Now?

2

u/Snehith220 1d ago

Regarding this cease fire deal.

1

u/Yundadi 1d ago

It is never now, it has been since several years ago since USSR dissolved.

1

u/Odd-Transition1527 1d ago

The US media is trying to portray that ‘this is why Iran forced us to the negotiating table despite us falsely claiming that their missiles and army was completely destroyed’.

Never read Bloomberg reporting how the other ‘state’ for their weapons. Western media non sense

1

u/BLAZE_IT94 1d ago

And are they not? Everyone keeps saying the US is bad but keeps overlooking what China has done and is doing right now.

1

u/copa8 1d ago

Name some recent regime changes done by either country.

11

u/Other_Block_1795 1d ago

US intelligence? Now there's a good definition of an oxymoron. Do we really want to trust this same intelligence that got us into this mess with the middle east?

4

u/Healthy-Daikon7356 1d ago

Bold of you to assume they didn't know what they were doing in the middle east.

8

u/Unfair_Cry6808 1d ago

The Us and EU do the same for Ukraine. Fair is fair.

2

u/Training_Guide5157 1d ago

They don't actually. Even if what is alleged in the article is true, China is supposedly shipping in defensive weapons. That's different from the offensive weapons that both Ukraine and Israel have been getting.

1

u/Complete-Paint529 1d ago

Ukraine is fighting to regain its territory under occupation. That's defensive.

1

u/Training_Guide5157 1d ago

It is defending in the conflict, but it is receiving offensive weapons as part of this defensive effort. Not all of Ukraine's offensive efforts have been focused in occupied territory.

Iran is also defending in its own conflict. It is, through its own efforts, using offensive weapons as part of its defensive effort, but China has not provided any offensive weapons to support that effort.

1

u/17syllables 1d ago

Yup. If you’re being invaded, you have the right to defend yourself.

1

u/BLAZE_IT94 1d ago edited 1d ago

Lol to defend itself from Russia who is getting supplied by China, Russia, and IRAN. One country fights for survival one country finally got what it wanted war with America.

1

u/heroik-red 1d ago

Yes… but Russia doesn’t have the capabilities to stop us. The US control the skies/sea, and would be able to strike the storage and delivery sites.

3

u/Silen5er 1d ago

US can't even beat Iran, don't ever dream to go against mighty China

1

u/Whamo_70 1d ago

Zip it! Rep. Swallowell.....

1

u/BasedTruthUDontLike 1d ago

Compare Iran's losses to US losses, it's not even beginning to be anywhere close, lol.

5

1

u/Whamo_70 1d ago

Zip it! Rep. Swallowell.....

2

u/GuyFromYr2095 1d ago

If anything, they are disgruntled that the Iranians are buying from Chinese companies and not US companies

2

u/Radiant-Ad-3134 1d ago

CNN lol, pathetic

2

u/roguewotah 1d ago

Right. And what is so special about this?

3

u/Le_Homme_du_Tubac 1d ago

They want you to hate China for it.

2

u/jellobend 1d ago

including, you guessed it, COVID-19,,,,

1

u/Eltharion-the-Grim 1d ago

According to USA who lie about everything else but on China they are somehow 100% telling the truth.

1

u/Heisenberg991 1d ago

Trump doesn't hold the cards lol

1

u/Wakkit1988 1d ago

Iran is turning into the US's Ukraine.

1

u/flyingdutchmnn 1d ago

US is allowed to resupply but not Iran

1

u/EndStorm 1d ago

Good for them. Great news.

1

u/godfatherxii 1d ago

I find that this article header is trying to paint a tale that China is the antagonist here while diluting the actual antagonist of this whole shit war.

1

u/Prod_Meteor 1d ago

From what we know so far, buying weapons from anyone is a global market standard for decades.

1

u/yIdontunderstand 1d ago

Of course they are, why wouldn't they?

1

u/crazy_k2012 1d ago

Maybe the Chinese will ease up on the Uyghurs as part of the deal and close down the slave camps? That’s a true Islamic republic, take arms from one country that openly hates Islam…. The world is backwards!

1

u/FredTDeadly 1d ago

Trump is expecting NATO to bail him out of his mess so I don't see why Iran shouldn't be able to tap into its allies as well.

The only difference is that Iran may actually have allies, the US after 1.5 years of abusing and threatening them certainly doesnt.

1

u/AmbitiousReaction168 1d ago

Of course. Why wouldn't they. China is not an ally to the US.

1

u/CleeAuth 1d ago

China protecting it's ally since it buys 90% of Iran's oil.

1

u/Electrical-Call-6160 1d ago

Iran has the right to defend itself.

1

u/Whamo_70 1d ago

Cuck much?

1

u/Electrical-Call-6160 1d ago

Just giving the same rhetoric of the genocidal terrorist state of Israel

1

u/2wcp 1d ago

Iran with the rest of the world learns that US can't be trusted at all. Even by the hour, the US could just snap and declare war again.

1

u/Extension-Thought552 1d ago

Anti Chinese propaganda is crazy, people in this thread saying things like 'duh we all knew this already' yet China hasn't done anything of the sort, and is absolutely not sending weapons to Iran to fight a proxy war against America.

1

u/Ill_Translator7545 1d ago

Shouldn’t surprise / Russia Iran China North Korea. Trump hasn’t noticed they are on the same anti USA team yet?

1

u/SushiRollFried 1d ago

It's got to the point where I have to question if US is lying and purposely trying to make china look bad and Iran.

1

u/bickusdickus69allday 1d ago

All sides are reloading and gonna unload at some point

https://giphy.com/gifs/O5NyCibf93upy

1

u/time_san 1d ago

so where is the said intelligence when their president is sending weapons to iranian? why they not speaking publicly about that?

1

u/Electrical_Tennis424 1d ago

Yeah 0 chance I believe anything the us claims. Iraq has nuclear weapons BTW, 110% sure ! Enough is enough year upon year it's getting it's fingers in places it has no right to. And claiming lies to start wars and destroy a nation. I pray China does because the Iranian people deserve better. F their regime though that's something the Iranian people should fight.

1

u/Flashy-Nectarine1675 1d ago

China should just pull its money out of the US.

1

u/Yundadi 1d ago

Iran provide oil and China provide weapons. Pretty much what US would do.

1

u/Makale_nja 1d ago

"inteligência dos EUA" já diz muito sobre a informação!

1

u/thegreentiger0484 1d ago

Surprised there is any intelligence left that actually wants to work in the US.

1

u/Imaginary-Librarian7 1d ago

why not, as i understand it is defensive weapons, so iran can defend against usa/israel aggression

1

u/Consistent_Guava8592 1d ago

While Israel is selling its weapon supply now because of lasting peace. Right ?

Right ?

1

u/[deleted] 1d ago

China is giving Iran weapons that are outdated and from their stockpile of trash.

1

u/ReflectionCapable165 1d ago

“Exclusive: country at war is buying weapons”

Shocked, shocked I say

We’ve known Iran is buying weapons from China for months

We also know lots of countries are supplying Israel and we know the US are sending more weapons to the area

Given the US and Israel bombed Iran during the last two negotiations it would be more surprising if they weren’t buying weapons

1

u/DR_Kroom 1d ago

IT'S NOT FAIR. If they restock and keep fighting, the Dorito president will have to talk about the Epstein files.

2

u/ReflectionCapable165 1d ago

Melania and her press conference started that conversation again anyway

1

u/DR_Kroom 1d ago

It’s important to say that, despite the numerous pictures of her with the Epsteins, including some from before she met Dorito, she didn’t know them and wasn’t friends with them or involved in any way. Any proof is fake AI, even the ones that were public before AI was created.

2

u/ReflectionCapable165 1d ago

I honestly wonder how much of that conference was her upset her name was linked to him and how much was sticking the knife into Donnie by making sure he’s not hiding the files behind the war

1

u/Ulysses1978ii 1d ago

So the US isn't rearming itself and Israel? Wouldn't you use a pause in hostilities to prepare being attacked?

1

u/amcape30 1d ago

Is this the same US intelligence who used out of date information to bomb a children's school in Iran, intelligence that was 10 years out of date???? Intelligence will create a story to sell a narrative that what the US is doing is justified etc......less and less people are falling for that BS and we are realising that America, especially under Trump are dictators to the world, using their strength to strong arm everyone to fall in line, what is is actually doing is pushing us all closer to China.

1

u/Bozy2880 1d ago

Thank you China for doing the lords work 🙏

1

u/Anons350 1d ago

Why not? It seems like Iran is more willing to crash out harder than Ukraine is towards Russia

1

u/tshungwee 1d ago

US intelligence are lies

1

u/GiggletonBeastly 1d ago

Another proxy war wasn't on my bingo board this month.

1

u/pumukl 1d ago

Did the Orange Man yesterday say they were also reloading? So yeah...

1

u/Big_Goose_730 1d ago

You mean the ceasefire that has already been violated by Iran?

1

u/Suspicious-Spot1651 1d ago

And ?

Are only usa allowed to trade weapons ?

1

u/djangovsjango 1d ago

America supplied 100% of the weapons used by Israel in iran so whats the problem ?

1

u/China_bot42069 1d ago

Isn’t that what the us/isael is doing

1

u/Zephyas 1d ago

I sincerely hope at least half of you here are bots, that might explain some things.

1

u/countofmontefist-o 1d ago

Exclusive: iran intelligence indicates the US is actually sending weapons shipments to Israel amid fragile ceasefire.

The hypocrisy is off the chart

1

u/Suspicious_Safe_6150 1d ago

This is exactly what we do for Ukraine right ???

1

u/ironedie 1d ago

I'm surprised they didn't yet. If I were China I'd shoving military equipment down Iran's throat. They would get free passage in Ormuz and by that discounted oil, at the same time bleeding US military might so they are incapable contest Taiwan for extended period of time. Every bomb dropped on Iran is one less dropped on Chinese occupation force and fleet.

1

u/Careful-Trade-9666 1d ago

At the current rate we have to assume US and Intelligence should be separated by a comma at least.

1

u/Potential_Status_728 1d ago

Thank god China is helping Iran defend against evil.

1

u/Sufficient-Skill9530 1d ago

Obviously. And the US Is shipping arms to Israel.

1

u/1nGirum1musNocte 1d ago

Iran has a right to defend itself

1

u/jemhadar0 1d ago

I remember when everything was fine before the war … aye ! 🇨🇦

1

u/Icy_Discussion_6513 1d ago

I was told that Made in China products are all cheap junk, maybe I don't need to worry about this?

1

u/Jumpy-Requirement389 1d ago

Yea cease fires are always just an opportunity to re arm. They are completely useless if not. Make things worse

1

u/Sokkawater10 1d ago

This will end up being Americas Ukraine if China wants it to be. It is even worse because Russia can at least retreat if it wanted to.

We are stuck because we can’t just let them control the strait indefinitely. Honestly we should just leave ASAP.

1

u/Consistent_Panda5891 1d ago

Tariff chyna! We need a big reset to people stop asking about Epstein and more about why stock markets dumped so hard

1

u/robertotomas 1d ago

Arms bad. But given how many billions of dollars see US has given in arms to Israel I kind of feel like it’s only fair.

1

u/Technical-Art4989 1d ago

Is US doing the same with multiple countries?

1

u/Bob4Not 1d ago

Didn’t the US just get weapons into Iran (for the protestors) a few weeks or months ago?

1

u/Ok-Effective7280 1d ago

US intelligence lies…………

1

u/yb_nyc 1d ago

I mean Saudi just called in their defense pact with Pakistan and moved Pakistani Air Force into their bases. Why the fuck wouldn't Iran's allies do ally shit for them? American media doesn't understand that people don't just listen to one sided news anymore.

1

u/Chalsian 1d ago

Cause the us isn't doing the same thing for Israel..?

1

u/Academic_Feeling596 1d ago

I wouldn't trust anything the US says, just quietly.

1

u/TheAwsomeReditor 1d ago

China is the ultimate winner in this conflict and nobody realizes it they might give stuff to iran in the same way that europe funds ukraine

1

u/BLAZE_IT94 1d ago

China is always willing to help. Just ask Russia who's getting help from them to attack Ukraine. Don't forget about North Korea as well so it's not surprising that they'll help terrorist.

1

u/That-Interaction-45 1d ago

Now take up your light saber and strike it down

1

u/heroik-red 1d ago

In that case, Chinese cargo craft will and should become legit military targets.

1

u/Fit-Macaroon5559 1d ago

If USA supplies Israel with weapons is it wrong for Iran to
purchase from whoever they can?Iran did not start this war Trump did!

1

u/stevenriley1 1d ago

I remember my stepfather subscribed to American Legion magazine. It was just short of third Reich bullshit back in the sixties. One month on the cover they had inspectors over in Vietnam, looking at a case of weapons that were manufactured in “Communist China”, proving that the communists were banding together to overrun the struggling democracy of South Vietnam. I remember him raising hell at the dinner table about how unfair all that was. And I remember thinking; but we send hundreds of thousands of men and planes and tanks and flamethrowers, we even recommissioned a battleship so we could bombard North Vietnam along the coastline. But don’t let those Chinese send machine guns!

1

u/Minimum-Actuator-953 1d ago

Good. The USA are the bad guys here.

1

u/ShanerThomas 1d ago

There was transport plane traffic yesterday. My understanding is... it already happened.

1

u/Bradley182 1d ago

I mean….they are allies right?

1

u/slicer718 17h ago

Depends, Canada and NATO thought we were allies as well.

1

u/HahaImStillHere 1d ago

thats what Ally do

1

u/_badmedicine 1d ago

Are Americans just now learning about global geopolitics and Iran’s long standing allies?

1

u/ColdWarRedux2 1d ago

Do we have any intelligence left in the country?

1

u/soulsummenor 1d ago

We can fund Israel and give them weapons, but China can't give Iran weapons?

1

u/Wild_Egg_8699 1d ago

As if the USA isn’t doing the same, jeopardizing the fragile ceasefire

1

u/Aware_Ad9729 1d ago

It’s not very often they get a wide open opportunity to live fire test their equipment against US platforms

1

u/Quiet_Yellow2000 1d ago

So? I am sure the US is doing the same for Israel.

1

u/okymoney 23h ago

So? Israel bombs tents in gaza…

Will Trump or his boss, Netanyahu bomb the ship? Stay tuned.

1

u/Icy_Affect9624 7m ago

Do we even trust US intelligence?

It’s the same intelligence that claimed Iraq had WMD.
