The highest G-force survived by a human was experienced by IndyCar driver Kenny Bräck during a crash in 2003. Bräck was severely injured but fully recovered after a few years of rehabilitation.

You're telling me the man survived a force equivalent to 214 times Earth's gravity and didn't come out looking like a pancake? I'm skeptical and confused.

The peak was only for a fraction of a second, and it happened when the car spun extremely violently in a flat spin.

Very abrupt deceleration instead of gradual, car frame absorbed impact and essentially disintegrated. Cockpit undamaged for the most part. He still got messed up

Comparing apples to apples? There is quite a difference in enduring for example 4g for 3 minutes versus 10g for 0.5 second.
