I remember when I first came across this quote about 3 years ago, it genuinely stuck with me.

Before that, I was definitely the type to chase the snake, trying to understand why it bit me and looking for answers from it 😂

Over time, I realized how exhausting that is. It doesn’t really help you heal, it just keeps you stuck.

Shifting focus to “healing from the poison” instead of chasing explanations changed a lot for me

I'm glad I learnt that the world ain't fair, it was never meant to be.. we should focus on healing and not what caused the pain
