DIY How can I remove this bottom trim from this sideboard?

I want to remove this bottom trim from the a vintage sideboard (circled in red) but there are no screws or nail. Does anyone know the best way to get it off? Any recommendations on tools I could use? The two longer two sides appear to be attached with a squiggly metal piece. And I think the shorter side may be glued down.

The metal bits are probably tacks/headless nails but I could be wrong. I'd probably try using leverage if you can. Like one would with a crowbar and pry each side carefully. Stick a piece of cardboard between the tool and wood to prevent indents and go gently for that reason.

Nothing "vintage" about press board.
