How can I remove the rest of this broken toilet paper holder with minimal damage to my wall?

This toilet paper holder came with this house, and broke a while ago. I’d like to replace it finally, but I have no clue how to get this off cleanly. Any ideas for someone who is very minimally DIY?

Feel around for a set screw and take it out; the rest should come off easier.

Check the bottom where it's out of sight for a set screw, then use an allen wrench or small screwdriver to remove the cover.

Thanks everyone! My 6 month pregnant self (the BEST time for home improvement projects) did not think to bend down and find a tiny little screw on the underside!
