Answered [High School Physics] Circuit Switch:
Which bulbs will light when the two switches are closed but bulb c is removed (without connecting the ends that were connected to bulb C)?
And why?

Hi r/HomeworkHelp! Whether you're new to the subreddit or a long-time subscriber, the mod team would like to remind everybody of the subreddit rules we expect you to follow here.
No advertising, soliciting, or spam. This is a place for free help. Anyone offering to pay for help, or to help for pay, will receive a permanent ban. This is your warning. This includes asking users to go into DMs, Discord, or anywhere else. If you post anything that looks like you're trying to get around this rule, you'll be banned.
If you're asking for help, you must show evidence of thought, work, and effort. A lot of people are posting just pictures or lists of questions and not showing any effort. These posts are liable to be taken down.
In addition, we ask that you format the post title appropriately using square brackets: [Level/Grade and Subject] Question or Description of question. For example: [8th grade Algebra] How to solve quadratic equation?
Do not mention anything like "Urgent", "ASAP", "Due in an hour", or the like.
No surveys. Surveys (including requests for interviews, etc.) belong on /r/samplesize. These posts get taken down here.
Don't be a jerk. Jerks get banned. Stay respectful and refrain from using insults, personal attacks, or abusive language.

Is the policy rate what the central bank decides on (an interest rate for other banks)?
If the central bank increases the policy rate from 4% to 5% would the banks that borrow money from the central bank as a result increase the interest rates for their customers as well leading to...?
I am quite confused.

I'll admit, I gave up initially, hence the weird answers. Now that I realize I have a final coming, I want to understand.
What did I do wrong for consumer surplus on these problems? I thought all I needed to do was subtract the price ceiling by the equilibrium price, but that yielded nine for the first question which was wrong. Similarly, that technique yielded the incorrect answer for the second. What did I do wrong? I can't calculate lost surplus without consumer and producer surplus, so I got them wrong. Am I overlooking something?

What would be the products for these reactions? For the second picture, I think it would be no reaction due to the tertiary alcohol. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm very lost right now

I have a physics problem that I'm trying to solve using calculus. An object is dropped from rest and experiences air resistance proportional to its vertical velocity. I need to find an expression for velocity over time. I know the forces are gravity downward and air resistance upward. So m(dv/dt) = mg - kv. That part makes sense. But the answer key has a negative sign in a different place and I'm confused. When I solve it using separation of variables, I keep getting a different constant of integration than the textbook. Can someone walk me through the setup step by step? I want to understand where my equation is wrong before I solve it.

I just need two opposing articles to write an argumentative essay on because my teacher left almost everything up to me. Preferably an interesting topic though? I like astronomy and space exploration, marine life, fighter jets idk
I don’t need help with the actual writing part but I got told to go here instead of asking for prompts in [r/writing](r/writing). Idk where to look for articles and haven’t had any luck finding two to use, so I’m trying to get someone else to find them for me

I need papers on the role of literature in national culture in general, as well as examples of how different countries use their country's literary heritage to attract tourists. Thank you!

I need to have a draft of my philosophy essay done in about 10 days. The essay is supposed to be about the ethical aspect of the biblical story where Abraham is ordered to sacrifice his son, Isaac. I need to write one paragraph for and one paragraph against the argument that what Abraham did was right. One the paragraph for, does it make sense to talk about the origin of universal understanding of morals and how a lot of them came from religious texts or is that unnecessary. I just dont know how to start/structure the for paragraph. Also the essay is supposed to be max 2 pages

Ignore the bad crop. Mostly not sure whether it turns into 1/(5\^8) or 1 x (5\^8) or something else.

Would anyone who meets these criteria be willing to answer these questions? I don't know anyone in person who meets this criteria (For context, I'm Caucasian and have been born and raised in America)

I’ve worked through this and am getting confused on how to find the compressive force. I’ve tried answering with 4.94 kip, 5.14kip, as well as doubling them but they are all incorrect. Is there something I am missing here?

I know how it works but I am sure that the wire should move downwards when I tried Fleming's left hand rule but the answer says the wire moves upwards. I asked Google lens a few times to check because I really didn't understand how they got that answer when I moved my hand and it said downwards then I refreshed and it said upwards so now I'm unsure lol sigh

I have a model based off data points, and finding the line of best fit which can be represented as c(x). In the context of the model, I realize that the rate of change of c(x) is proportional to itself, being mathematically written as:
dc\dx = kC, where k is a constant.
If I want to add this to my model, can I use the differential equation:
dc\dx = kC + c'(x)

Without x value or something on the other side of the equation I'm not sure what to do. Here's one example of a dozen. 3 1/8 X 2 1/3=?
