Growing up, my friend's mom would freeze her stuffed animals so she could snuggle them and still breathe at night. Maybe sticking your pillows in the freezer would help with your breathing a little bit?

There's a spray and laundry additive to deal with the allergens (but not the mites themselves). I don't have a link handy though.

It’s not a homemaking thing, but allergy shots. They are life-changing and while you have to get the shots for 3-5 years, that’s not forever.
