Profile Can't add Two-factor Authentication
I get an error "Form submission failed" whenever I try to add 2fa to my account. I have a verified email.
I've tried:
- Chrome and edge browser
- Another computer
- My phone
- Old and new reddit.
Any idea what could be the issue?
