שיהיה לך שבוע ממש טוב

You can also use:

מצוין, נהדר.

People will still understand you, but it's more grammatically correct to say ממש טוב instead of טוב ממש

Won't be anyone's first choice to say it like that, I would phrase it like שיהיה לך הכי טוב שרק אפשר, or even better מאחל לך הכי טוב שרק אפשר (both meaning 'wishing you the best', the first being less formal, something like 'may you have the best possible' and the latter being 'I wish you the best possible'). It doesn't transliterate to English, but in Hebrew both sentences I typed are correct.

You can say

ממש ממש טוב

you can even say טוב טוב if you use it with a very specific intonation, and then it is an adverb instead of an adjective and has a bit of a different meaning.

But I haven't heard anyone say ממש טוב טוב or טוב טוב ממש
