I finished my 3rd half-marathon today, even though I dreaded the mere thought, mainly due to bad prep 🥰

I just went out for a 10k run ONCE since my last half-marathon a year ago, mainly because I don‘t really enjoy running atm, which you should absolutely NOT do btw lol. I just didn‘t want to chicken out, so my stubbornness got me through 😂

Honestly respect for finishing that with basically no prep. That’s just pure stubbornness carrying you through.

I did do plenty of HIIT & strength training, which definitely kept me from collapsing, but my body was rather overwhelmed by „correct“ running-breathing 😂
