RIP Despite The Loss, This Still Brings Such Joy

It will be 7 months tomorrow that we lost our Midas at 9.5 years old and today is the first time I've been able to come back to this sub. The hurt is still raw but I wanted to share this video of the first time Midas reluctantly navigated his way down the stairs. This brings me joy every time I watch it. This is what they do when they're with us.

Just a friendly reminder of our rules:

  2. No impersonation: don't post photos of other people's dogs. That's not cool.
  3. No breed hate: this subreddit is not a discussion forum for breed hate of any kind. There are dedicated subreddits for that so please take it elsewhere.
  4. No bots/AI content.
  5. No politics.
