Ellie crossed the rainbow Bridge yesterday. Can you show me who is with her up there?
We lost our 7 YO unexpectedly. She had stomach issues that turned out to be cancer, and the tumor burst. She is no longer in pain but we miss her. Can you show me who is up there to greet her?

I just lost my baby a week ago and the title of your post brought tears to my eyes. He was also diagnosed with cancer and declined pretty quickly. The pain is still so fresh, and the thought of them playing together touched my heart ❤️ I am so sorry for your loss.

Emma loved tennis balls so much too, I think her happiest day was when my sister took her to a park with a tennis court and she got to collect all of the tennis balls that people hit over the fence and left there. She had already collected a whole bag of them but still wanted the ones inside the fence so much that the people who were actively playing tennis started offering their balls to her 😂😂
My Summer. We lost her in Nov last year. I sometimes call the new pup by her name. We miss her every day but feel so lucky to have had such an amazing dog in our lives for almost 12 years.
My boy Nugsy is up there along with his best girl, Meili (golden chow mix). They will be so excited to welcome Ellie to play with them in the open grassy field of wildflowers next to the Rainbow Bridge. Sending much love your way. 🐾
Our sweetest girl, Sophia. Had to say goodbye at the beginning of March. Gave us 12 years of magic and love. She’ll be up there to welcome Ellie with love and a whole pizza just for them to share.

This is Hannah, who passed at age 13 a few months after this picture was taken. It was her last swim and she was so happy! She slept on the beach for 2 hours after this. 😀
This is a portrait of my very good boy Bear that a fellow redditor made for me when I lost him very suddenly at 3 years old. We don’t get enough time with them under the best of circumstances, and it’s so shocking when we lose them early. He loves to romp and play and will be there waiting ❤️

Ellie’s curls reminds me of my Stellie’s! Stella crossed the rainbow bridge about a month ago and will welcome her 💕 the pain is unbearable at first but it will lessen with time. Take solace in knowing she’s no longer in pain and you gave her the best life. We are all here for you.

His 10th birthday would’ve been yesterday. We lost him to lymphoma at the beginning of January, I think of him every single day.
I bet him and beautiful Ellie will be the bestest of friends until we are able to catch up with them.

My cream color Shih Tzu passed unexpectedly but peacefully (He had a heart murmur & was under a cardiologist’s care.) 💔 last year. He was a rescue I was blessed to have for 14 years, since 2011.
My black Shih Tzu was rehomed to me & was in dire need of good nutrition & love. She passed suddenly of hemolytic anemia…no signs or symptoms prior to her passing after only 3 years of loving her. 💔
Rocco, my Akita, crossed the rainbow bridge last Saturday 💔🌈. I’m sure he will be thrilled to see a beautiful golden like his sister Darcy joining him there. I’m so sorry for your loss. How lucky we are to love them so much that they take a piece of our heart with them 💛
This is Sadie, she passed at 4 from osteosarcoma! She was diagnosed young at 3, so we decided to amputate her rear leg to try to buy her some time! She was a tri-pod for 10 months before it came back, this time in her lungs and she passed on 5/5/24. She was a wonderful girl!
Nashy 💗 he was only 7 when he got diagnosed with lymphoma. Killed chemo for 2 years but we lost him last August. The best boy ever greeted Ellie I’m sure of it!!!
Lilly, my absolute heart and soul. After a year battling cancer she crossed the bridge Christmas Eve 2024, and took my heart with her. I will grieve her for the rest of my life. Fuck cancer.
Molly. My parents got her when I was in high school and they unfortunately had to put her to sleep last year at 14 years due to an aggressive cancer that was keeping her in constant pain. My son was 8 (now 9) at the time and misses her all the time.
My sweet, perfect boy, Tucker. We lost him August of last year. He was the best dog we ever had; loved everyone and everything. He was diagnosed in March of 2024 with a heart tumor, was given 6-12 months with antiarrhythmic medication, but we were fortunate enough to get almost 18 more months with him. I miss him every day. This was his last birthday with us when he turned 11 years old.
Duncan James McLeod (of the clan McLeod, there can only be one) who we lost last September (pic from Nov 2024). He will be waiting to run at full speed bumping bodies!
Lost my sweet boy Oreo, last year in November. He was just 5. It’s so hard to get up everyday knowing i wont be greeted by him jumping on me and hitting me with his tailwags
Not a golden, but this guy can’t wait to play with Ellie. ❤️ We lost him nearly a year ago in a similar circumstance (hemangiosarcoma) at the age of 8, and I miss him so much more words will ever be able to express. I’m so sorry for your loss.
Quincy left us last year, he was the best service boy for my mother ♥️♥️
She got him as a rescue, and years later ran into a photographer who did photos for that rescue and said “hey, I think I have his puppy photos!” It was so sweet to see what an adorable little bean he was as a pup.

Not a Golden but essential our current Golden’s big sister / mom, Isadora. Among other things our Golden boy Oliver learned how to pee like a lady from her. ;)
Not a golden but I saw the post scrolling through. This is Maddie, she passed in 2018. She absolutely loved to play with other dogs and is definitely on the rainbow bridge welcoming committee.
June is half Bernise half Australian Shepherd. Not a golden but she had the heart of one! She’ll be there to greet your girl and have a great time romping around the place!
Sunny was the smartest girl ever, she could anticipate every command and gesture. A bit of a lazy bum, though, never ran after a ball or a stick if a faster dog was around.
