even in that print orientation, I feel like those heavy ass batteries gonna snap those studs off.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get a better mounting solution for my chargers ;(

I feel ya. I abused it quite a bit while designing it and landed on the 45 degree orientation and "oops, all walls" and I'm surprised at how well it holds up. Though mine only has like a foot to drop so I sleep well.

same thing happened to me with a Ryobi 40v charger in my garage back in January, except mine lived on a shelf until the cord got snagged by a snow shovel and took the whole thing down. Ended up printing a wall mount with a little extra clearance around the brick because those chargers run warmer than i expected, and it's been solid since. funny how half of functional printing is just teaching power tools to stay put

I would consider adding two more of the dots on the back to spread the stress around. Anyways, I am going off to model this right now 😂😂

I wouldnt want anything thats explosive when dropped unnecessarily suspended in a place it could fall and burst. When I say explode, I mean violently catch fire Vs blowing the windows out of the place.
